Dear Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Grade Families, We are thrilled about our upcoming 4th/5th/6th grade family campout! Our campout will begin on the fields at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 20, 2018. We plan to begin the evening with family tent set-up, followed by dinner and games. The campout will end at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, as we need to clear the fields. We ask that each family please bring a tent, sleeping bags, flashlights, warm clothing, tent activities (cards, stories, games) and chairs (optional). Hamburgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers will be provided. We also ask that families please bring drinks and any desired side dishes/snacks. As we prepare for this event, it would help us if you could fill out and return the form below on behalf of your family. In accordance with our ICS policies and camping guidelines, we would also like to remind you of the following in advance of this event: • This is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, and pet-free event. • Lights out will be at 9:30. We ask that families return to their tents at this time. This is a great time to tell a story, play a card game, or do a number of other activities by lantern or flashlight! *In accordance with ICS tent rules, individuals are not allowed to enter tents of other individuals • We ask that parents please supervise their own children during this event. As this is a family event, scary/frightening activities are not permitted. We are so very excited about this wonderful event and can’t wait to see each of you there!
