7th & 8th Grades to Camp Barrett

On Friday, September 7, 2018 our seventh and eighth grade students will be participating in a field trip to Camp Barrett.

The students are to come to school by regular means on Friday, September 7. We will travel by bus to Camp Barrett, which is 1.5 miles away from the Upper School campus. Students will be participating in activities on the fields and in the woods. Activities will be run by ICS teachers with support from Camp Barrett employees. Students will also be swimming in the afternoon and should bring their bathing suits to change into and a towel. A bath house is on site.

Our day at Camp Barrett will conclude at 3:00 p.m. Parents are encouraged to pick their students up at Camp Barrett if possible. Transportation back to the Upper School campus will be available if needed. Please indicate below, you child’s transportation plan for that afternoon.

What to wear: comfortable clothing for being outside all day, sneakers and a hat
What to bring: Sun screen, bug spray, bathing suit, flip flops, towel for pool, bag lunch, water and refillable bottle
