Grades 7-8 New Student and Parent Welcome and Celebration (Orientation)
Crownsville Campus
Students and Parents in Grades 7 and 8 are invited to come to the Upper School Campus on Tuesday, August 29 from 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Please arrive in the Upper School Front Lobby at 10:30 a.m.
Students will meet with their Advisor and get to know the other students in their Advisory while they enjoy fun activities that help them learn their way around the building. Students will be able to set up their locker, too.
Food and fun will be provided so students are encouraged to dress casually.
Parents will meet the other parents in their student’s Advisory and will be taken to information stations throughout the building to learn about the following topics:
- After school activities including clubs and after care, class trips, and transportation
- Athletics
- Upper School Community life for students in grades 7 and 8
- Communications (including new website)
- Parent Community and PTO
Parents will also enjoy food and fun so they should dress casually, too.
Indian Creek School
