Lower School Pajama Day

Lower School students are invited to participate in a Mirah’s Closet fundraiser sponsored by ninth grade students Natalie Care and Giselle Boone. Mirah Chhabra was an Indian Creek School Kindergarten student who lost her life to DIPG in 2018.  To honor her memory, her family established Mirah’s Closet as part of the Blue Ribbon Project. Mirah's Closet is a foster care closet program. All clothing donated is free to children in foster care.  From May 4 - 12, ICS Eagles with a Purpose students are hosting a clothing drive to support Mirah's Closet. Any new clothing items are accepted, however, items that are particularly in need are 24 months/2T onesies, shirts, pants, shorts, and pajamas as well as boys 3T shirts. There will be labeled containers near the front desk where students can drop off the items. Friday, May 12, will be a pajama day for Lower School to support these efforts.
