Indian Creek Parents and Faculty Embark on a Wondrous Journey at Creek Connections Social
This Indian Creek tradition gave parents a chance to come together, outside on a beautiful summer evening, to celebrate the new school year.
This year’s event was full of excitement and festivity, as a fun-filled opening of school led into an evening where parents could get to build and strengthen connections with each other, accompanied by music, food, and cocktails. Head of School Rick Branson took a moment to toast the ICS community and share his excitement about the year ahead. “At Indian Creek we want to ignite sparks that turn into passions that burn for a lifetime… I am so excited for this school year. I am so excited for our teachers to be with students and for those sparks to happen. And for those sparks to become flames…to fires, and for our parents to ignite those passions. I am so excited that we are on this journey as a community together, fulfilling those dreams and aspirations. I am so proud of Indian Creek School. And I am so thankful that you are part of this journey.”
We would like to thank the Indian Creek School Parent Teacher Organization for their work in planning this fun night for the community. Thank you also to acoustic group Package Deal, from Fenwick Island, Delaware, and Tim and Lisa Brown from Advanced Productions for setting the perfect mood, as well as Gwen Kinsella and Acme for providing the beverages for the event.
