AIMS Commissions Olivia Boucher '21 Painting for New Headquarters
Indian Creek sophomore (and talented artist) Olivia Boucher was asked to create a painting to be displayed at the new headquarters of the Association of Independent Maryland and DC Schools (AIMS). Olivia created a gorgeous piece, "Sailing on the Chesapeake Bay" to highlight the beautiful environment surrounding many AIMS schools.
On Wednesday, March 6, AIMS Executive Director Peter Baily visited Indian Creek to meet Olivia and take her painting to its new home at AIMS headquarters, where it will be on display for a year and then return to Indian Creek as part of the School's permanent collection. After the painting was placed, Mr. Baily shared a photo of the gorgeous work adorning AIMS' new office. Congratulations Olivia!
