Lower School Pi Night Provides Infinite Fun

Pi Day provided infinite fun at Indian Creek School as Lower School Pi Night carried the day's events into even more mathematical fun! Pi games, contests, and even a race 3.14 times around the Evergreen Campus kept Lower School students and their families entertained on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 14. Congratulations to Lower School Pi Recitation winner Will Franey ‘26 who memorized 56 digits of pi and also to Yohanan Kalya ‘25 who came in second with 47 digits. The Pi Day Pie contest was a delicious competition, with Tara Qualey ‘25 winning the tastiest pie award and Rooney McCormick ‘29 and Campbell McCormick ‘24 sharing the best presentation trophy.
