Grades 6-8 Girls LAX Team Ends Season with 11-7 Win over SOTI

The sixth through eighth grade Girls Lacrosse team ended their season on Tuesday, May 14, with an impressive 11-7 win over School of the Incarnation! Eighth grade athlete Linnea Alsted controlled the draw and tempo of the game with Mackenna Mitchell '23 adding an interception and three ground balls. Eighth graders Micah Ferrell and Julia Leavitt both had gritty ground balls and drives to the goals. Hadaijha Taylor '24 led the team in ground balls with five. Anna Porter '24 dominated at the transition of the game adding three goals and two assists, while Grace Doerschner '24 had a season high of four goals and an assist. Linnea and Dylan Ulehla '24 both contributed two goals and assists. Finally, Mackenna, Lillie Johnson '23, Ella Doerschner '25, and Madison Hebron '24 anchored the defense with Ranee O'Connor '24 adding a solid five saves in goal. The team's final record for the season was an impressive 7-1. Way to go CREEK!
