EMPOWER welcomed guest speaker Carrie Ferguson, owner of New Beginnings Collision Center, on April 15, 2026, for a conversation focused on leadership, resilience, and entrepreneurship.

Today, as the owner of New Beginnings Collision Center, Ms. Ferguson brings her entrepreneurial mindset to a traditionally male-dominated industry.
