Doug McCuiston joined the ICS community in 2010 as Instructional Technology Coordinator. Over the years, he has worked to help make Indian Creek School a leader in innovative education.
As Mr. McCuiston immersed himself in the school, he joined the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team began teaching an Upper School Race and Racism Course. He was appointed Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and became Dean of Grades 11 & 12 in 2019.
