Vos Family Academic Resource Center
A brief, voluntary Yoga Nidra session for ICS faculty and staff. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice completed while participants rest comfortably on yoga mats. The practice itself will last approximately 10–15 minutes, with additional time allowed for quiet setup and departure.
Participants will bring their own mats, blankets, pillows, and earbuds. The event will not require food, furniture rearrangement, open flames, or special equipment. The space will be left clean and returned to its original condition immediately afterward.
