6:30–7:00 p.m. Instrumental Performance
7:00–7:10 p.m. Instrumental performers may depart if they wish
7:15 p.m. Dancers and Vocal artists arrive and report to Rehearsal Room
7:15–7:30 p.m. Guests enjoy Visual Arts display in the Grindrod Atrium
7:30–8:15 p.m. Dance Recital and Vocal Concert
