Varsity Girls Lacrosse Tops Institute of Notre Dame 10-8

The Eagles Varsity Girls Lacrosse team enjoyed an exciting 10-8 win over the Institute of Notre Dame on Monday, April 30. Throughout the game, Indian Creek won 12 of 20 draws. Seven of the ten goals were assisted. Senior Albany Bloor was clutch in goal with 10 saves. Junior Sarah Mathes had a stellar game, scoring six goals, while freshman Megan Bunker earned two goals, four assists, seven ground balls, and eight draw controls. Other game points were earned by Kristina Heyer ‘ 20 (1 goal) and Cali Schwerdtfeger ‘21 (1 goal, 1 ground ball, 2 draw controls). Congratulations Eagles!
