Travis ’21 is ALL INdian Creek!
Travis ’21 came to Indian Creek primarily to build a robust baseball program as well as fuel our culture of goal-driven success and winning spirit. Only knowing his baseball coach and a couple students, he was quickly drawn in by our friendly community of students and teachers. “The relationships I have formed within the Indian Creek community have made a difference in my life because everyone is constantly pushing me to go outside of my comfort zone.” As a result, Travis is excelling at a new sport—basketball, stretching his academic horizon by taking Advanced Placement (AP) Computer Science, and earning “A”s in every class. Travis credits his teachers for his success during his Freshman year. “My teachers are passionate about the material, so I am engaged and inspired by their teaching. I did not experience the same passion or care at my previous schools.” Travis is making the most of his Indian Creek experience and taking advantage of every opportunity to become a confident, well-rounded scholar, athlete, and person.
