Varsity Girls Soccer Team Wins at Home Against St. Johns

The Varsity Girls Soccer Team pulled off an exciting 3-2 win at home against St. John's on Monday, October 16. Despite a powerful offensive showing by St. John's, freshman Annie Chalkley's 11 saves in goal kept the Eagles in the game. The Eagles offense attempted 15 shots on goal against St. Johns, with senior Azhane Rowe scoring, assisted by senior Katarina Piera, and junior Gabrielle Simpkins scoring two goals. This brings the Varsity Girls' record to 4-4-1. The Eagles play next on Tuesday, October 24, at 4:00 p.m. at St. Timothy's.
