Girls X-Country Opens Season and New Course with 16-45 Win

The Indian Creek Girls X-Country team opened their IAAM campaign at home on Tuesday, September 12, with a 16-45 win over Beth Tifiloh.  The Eagles were paced by Freshman Oliva Maisano, who crossed the line in 27:21, followed by juniors Colleen Shrum (27:36) and Megan Bunker (27:37).  This is the first meet and victory on Indian Creek's new course following the construction of the school's new athletic facility. The Eagles Boys and Girls X-Country teams travel to Hood College's Blazer Invite this Saturday at Utica Park in Frederick, Maryland. Go Eagles!
