Eagles Make History in Inaugural Swim Meet

The new Indian Creek Varsity Swim team hosted St. Vincent Pallotti on Saturday, December 3, for its inaugural meet. The Eagles swam a great meet, with the Varsity Girls winning 103-55 and the Varsity Boys missing first place with a close 77-80 final score.

The girls won 8 of 11 events including all three relays. Individual wins came from Anna Crum '23 (100 and 200 free), Maia Riley '26 (50 free), Lily Swope '26 (500 free and 100 back) and Natalie Swope '24 (100 breast). The Varsity Boys won 6 of 11 events. Winners of individual events included Hunter Walls '24 (200 free), Jack Noble '23 (200 IM), Bennett Bucci '24 (50 free), and Preston Shapiro '25 (500 free and 100 breast). The final relay of the meet with Crum, Shapiro, Walls, and Noble was an exciting finish to this first meet.
