Benny Carter Named Private School South Division Finalist for Prestigious Lacrosse Award

Benny Carter ‘23 was recognized by the Maryland State Lacrosse Coaches Association a Private School South Division Finalist for the C. Markland Kelly Award. This prestigious award is given to the best boys lacrosse player in the state of Maryland. Benny, a midfielder, had an outstanding sophomore season scoring 40 goals and handing out 27 assists leading the Eagles to a MIAA B Conference semifinal appearance.  

“Benny is an exceptional player who does all of the little things a team needs to have success. He is certainly deserving of being recognized as one of the best players in the state,” shares Eagles Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach and Director of Athletics Jason Werner.
