Eagles Win IAAM Semi-Finals in Pursuit of Championship Title

The Eagles are flying into the IAAM Varsity Girls Lacrosse Championships!  Indian Creek came away with a hard fought victory Wednesday afternoon, winning 19-6.  With the win, the Eagles move to the IAAM C-Conference Championship Game this Sunday, May 16, at noon, against Beth Tfiloh at Mercy High School in Baltimore.  
 
Scoring for the Eagles was led by Megan Bunker '21 (7 goals, 1 assist and 15 draw controls), Mia Putzi '22 (2 goals, 1 assist) and Sophee Gomberg '24 (2 goals). Chipping in with 1 goal each were Kallie Huff '21, and Abby Bach '23.  Senior Cali Schwerdtfeger also had a goal and distinguished herself all over the field with strong defensive play covering Pallotti's most dangerous players. Freshman Elia Alewine continued her strong season with 10 saves in the goal.
