Creekers Enjoy Yoga in the Dome

On Saturday, March 6, Indian Creek Upper School students were invited to attend a free yoga session led by our very own professional yogini Ava Rouse '21! Sponsored by the ICS Wellness Club, this event was a great opportunity for the ICS community to learn more about the countless benefits to practicing yoga, including better relaxation and sleep, increased energy and focus, overall better moods and reduced stress. Students enjoyed the yoga practice, as well as the opportunity to safely hang out with friends in person. The ICS PTO even sponsored a raffle for yoga prizes, as well as a snack and wellness gift for each attendee. Thank you to Wellness Club President Peyton Frisby, Upper School Counselor Dotti Lang, Yoga Instructor Ava Rouse, and the PTO for making this event possible.
