Baltimore Museum of Industry Brings Design It Challenge to Third Grade

On Wednesday, November 6, the Baltimore Museum of Industry brought their “Design It!” Program to Indian Creek's third grade. This program challenged students to design several roller coasters to propel marbles into a can, using simple materials. Working in small groups, students were given dynamic criteria that their coasters had to meet in order to successfully launch the marbles. The kids loved this opportunity to experiment, make observations, ask questions, and share their results. Thank yo uto the Baltimore Museum of Industry for providing the Class of 2029 with a great morning of STEM fun!
