'Radical Reactions,' Dinosaurs, and Electricity Captivate First Grade Students at Maryland Science Center

On Wednesday, March 27, the Indian Creek School travelled to the Maryland Science Center to explore their exhibits on dinosaurs, electricity, human body, and chemistry. The first grade students participated in a lab session called “Radical Reactions” in which they put their knowledge of states of matter to the test. This field trip provided an action-packed,  engaging day of learning for both the children and their teachers and parent chaperones.
