Rachel Barr first joined the ICS community in 2000 in the Extended Day program. She became the Director of the Extended Day program in 2004 and then took on the responsibilities of the Summer Camp Programs in 2008. Over the years, she has also served as Director of Lower School Admission, Director of Institutional Compliance, and Director of Financial Aid before moving to her current role of Chief Business Officer.
