7th grade to Butterbee Farms and Nighthawk Golf Center

Leave Upper School at 8:45 a.m.

Butterbee Farm 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 am
Farm owner and ICS Alumni Laura Beth Resnick ‘03 will give our 7th graders
an in-depth tour of her farm. Students will have an up-close experience
learning about sustainability and entrepreneurship. In addition, each student
will make a head crown or flower cuff to take home.

Lunch and travel 11:30 – 1:00 p.m.

Night Hawk Golf Center 1:00-2:30 p.m.
Here we will play a round of mini golf. Students mini golf scores will be
tallied and averaged by Advisory. Points earned from this will be added to
the totals for this year’s Advisory Challenges.

Return to Upper School at 3:00 p.m.

What to wear and bring: Students should dress appropriately for the weather and wear
sturdy shoes for walking in grass, mud, and dirt paths. Please bring a reusable
water bottle, sunscreen, and bug spray. Also, bring a bagged lunch or money ($15-
20) to purchase a lunch at Chipotle, or Starbucks.
