7th grade field trip to Philadelphia

Dear Delegate,
 
            Greetings and Felicitations! Congratulations on being chosen by your honorable constituent colonists as their right and respectable representative delegate for the grand and glorious duty convened this day in the patriotic metropolitan City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia. Please take note of the following guidelines and requirements, which will make your trip so much more enjoyable, as well as allow our committee one of the unalienable rights of the pursuit of happiness on our Philadelphia excursion.
 
You are hereby invited to attend to the following itinerary:
Given this Thirtieth Day of November in the year of most sovereign natural Creator, Two Thousand and Eighteen and submitted for your most solicitous perusal:
 
7:00 AM                      Arrive Indian Creek Crownsville Campus
7:15 AM                     Bus leaves with or without you
10:00                           Arrive Philadelphia, National Constitution Center
10:15 – 10:45              Tour Liberty Bell
11:00 – 11:45              Independence Hall Tour
12:00 – 1:15                Walk to Jim’s Steaks on 4th at South St - yummy Philly Cheese Steaks etc.
1:30 – 3:00                  Film and Tour National Constitution Center
3:00 – 3:15                  Gift Shop Break
3:30                             Leave Philly for ICS
6:30 PM                      Arrive back at ICS
 
Please:            1. Dress in your school uniform with comfortable closed toe shoes (Plan for cold and wet weather if need be – make sure to wear a jacket/raincoat and bring hat, gloves, etc. We will be spending a significant amount of time outside walking from place to place)
                        2. Bring enough money for lunch $20.00 and extra for the gift shop if you want
                        3. Bring all needed medications with you for the day
                        4. Pack a snack & drink for the bus ride home, we do not stop coming back
                        5. No bags or purses are allowed in historic sites - plan accordingly
                        6. All electronics stay on the bus – turned off phone and cameras only on tours
