Planning for 2020-21: Rising Pre-Kindergarten Parent Information Session

Rising Pre-K3 & Pre-K4 parents are invited to join Lower School Head Jennifer Malachowski and Director of Early Childhood Barb Oglesbee for a conversation surrounding our planning for the 2020-21 school year.

This session will specifically address our planning around the ways we will provide our program safely onsite for our Pre-K friends. We will share our innovative and synchronous plans for the program if/when circumstances create the need for a temporary shift to virtual learning. You will hear how we plan to support families and students during this time of change and uncertainty. We welcome your questions and ideas of how we can best serve our youngest students and their families. 

Whatever fall of 2020-21 brings, Indian Creek School will provide a safe, mission-consistent, flexible, and student-centered program. Current planning initiatives include models for smaller group instruction, a project-based learning orientation that fits in-person, blended, and virtual settings, and an enhanced focus on Social-Emotional learning with Equity and Inclusion as a priority.
