Grades 7 & 8 Elect Student Government Officers

The ICS Classes of 2024 and 2025 took advantage of the ninth through twelfth grade class trips week to get themselves organized for the 2019-20 school year. This week, seventh and eighth grade students elected their Student Government Association (SGA) officers after a week of campaigning.  Candidates created posters and flyers, and presented speeches to their teachers and peers, running on platforms that included initiatives to become more involved in Upper School life, to add a toaster to the cafeteria, to hold a school talent show, and become more creative with social activities. Congratulations to all of the candidates on well-run campaigns.
