- Emphasize the Vos Family Academic Resource Center as an academic hub for all MS & US students
- Transform the Grindrod Atrium into an Upper School student space (add cafe)
- Partner with LG Technologies to create "Classroom of the Future"
- Activate the hillside to provide more instructional space in current building
- Turn garage into offices and move offices from school building
- Move current faculty room to add instructional space upstairs
- Create two practice fields behind hill to enhance Eagles Athletics program and increase rental opportunities
- Activate outdoor spaces (fields, trails, amphitheater)
- Develop long-term campus masterplan
- Plan for new academic building and begin permitting process
