Fun on the Run (Camp is currently full)

This one-week camp will give Middle Schoolers the opportunity to do what they love best: have fun! Campers will depart campus to participate in various activities each day in our area such as Six Flags, Sandy Point, a skating rink, and SkyZone. The week’s final itinerary and special instructions will be emailed the week before camp begins. Please note this is a 4-day week camp and lunch is included in the registration price.
Rising Stars
Rising 1st – 9th $740 (two weeks)

Our Rising Stars camp is proud to present Willy Wonka
KIDS during this two-week acting opportunity for campers entering grades one through nine. Campers will have the opportunity to work on singing, dancing, and drama. Each day campers will work on theater skills and practice for a Broadway revue. Each age group will work on its own portion of the production and will be a part of the creative process. Each camper will have at least one solo singing or speaking line and will be included in all full cast production numbers.
*The final performance will be on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.*
Mountain Bike Adventure
Rising 2nd – 6th $370

This camp is designed for proficient bike riders who are relatively new to unpaved surfaces and eager to gain mountain biking skills. Campers will learn and practice new skills with instruction and games to reinforce practice. Campers will use the trails around the ICS campus to practice their skills and explore the woods. Open to campers ages 8-12, who are comfortable riding in groups/on paths and trails for at least 1-2 hours.
Required equipment: Campers MUST have a mountain bike in good working condition with knobby tires, hand brakes and gears. Helmet, hydration pack, water, sunglasses, cycling gloves, and insect repellent required. Bikes can be stored at camp for the week.
Olympic Challenge at ICS 2022

Co-Ed Basketball Camp

Indian Creek Summer Basketball Camp is designed for players looking to develop and strengthen their individual and team skills. Each day campers will develop/strengthen their fundamentals
of basketball by participating in team/individual skill sessions, receiving instructions from knowledgeable coaches, lectures from speakers and competitive individual/team games. The Coaches’ goal is to provide these services but also provide each camper with an enjoyable experience.
Studio Art – Ceramics

Welcome to our Studio Art class, sculpting edition, where students are introduced to the fundamentals of working with clay. This summer course will allow students to explore the history, significance, and techniques behind sculpting as well as apply their newly gained knowledge during our supervised art studio hours.
By utilizing a self-paced instructional model, we can maximize the time our budding artists spend sculpting during the in-person studio sessions. Twice each week, students will meet on campus at our ICS art studio to build, stain, and fire their creations. Our artists will receive guided instruction throughout the entire process, from designing their idea to finalizing their hand-made product, in both the online and in-person portions of the course. Studio Art, sculpting edition is designed to provide a well-rounded introduction to sculpting and everyone will create at least one finished, personalized piece of art to take home.
Old School Recess

This is the perfect camp for Middle Schoolers who are always on the move! Come experience the magic of team sports. Campers will spend time indoors and out, learning to work together as a team and creating a strategy for success. Campers will work on increasing their fitness as they are exposed to a variety of classic games such as kickball, matball, capture the flag, dodgeball, hungry hippos, and more. Campers will learn rules of play and put their strategies into action all while having a ton of fun.
Boys Lacrosse Camp

The Indian Creek Lacrosse Camp is back as a staple in the world
of Annapolis area youth lacrosse! This camp will offer top-tier instruction to beginner and intermediate players ranging from grades 1-8. Each day will begin with fundamental drills in the morning designed to lead into fun, developmental games in the afternoon. The goal of the camp is to develop each player’s skills and lacrosse IQ, while focusing on the values of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fostering a love for the game.
Choose Your Adventure Camp
Rising 6th – 8th $360

Campers will be part of a Dungeons & Dragons inspired camp, where campers will use elements of D&D-style games to “adventure;” be it by solving puzzles and riddles, following maps, or discovering or “battling” creatures or monsters. Inspiration for this camp loosely stems from our favorite stories, including Dungeons and Dragons, Jungle Cruise, Indiana Jones, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Harry Potter.
Broadway/Bound
Rising 1st – 9th $1105 (3 weeks)
Begins 7/11
This three-week theater experience of performing arts camp will present Disney’s Aladdin Jr. for the final performance of Summer 2022. Campers will have the opportunity to work on singing, dancing, and drama. Each day campers will work on theater skills and practice for a Broadway style musical. Each age group will work on its own portion of the production and will be a part of the creative process. Campers will be cast in either a named role or as part of the chorus/ensemble.
The final performance will be on Thursday, July 28 at 7:00 p.m.
Great ICS Bake Off
Rising 6th – 8th $385

Put on your chef’s hats! Let’s head to the kitchen for some cooking and baking. Campers will have the opportunity to improve their skills in the kitchen ,including learning how to plan and follow a recipe, measure ingredients, shop for local produce, and more. We will end the week with various challenges as seen in the “Great British Bake Off.” No prior experience needed. “On your marks... get set... bake!”
Tennis Camp (Camp is currently full)

The camp includes fun activities, foundational instruction, singles /doubles match play, and competition style games. Campers will learn the basic rules and etiquette of the sport while participating in teamwork and healthy competition. We look forward to seeing you on the court!
BLINC 2-week offering:
Forensic Investigation
Rising 7th – 9th $375
Begins 7/18
2-week course with 4 in-person, 1⁄2-day studio sessions . Are you fascinated by whodunits? If so, our Forensic Investigations BLinc could put you on the path to solving all kinds of mysteries. This BLinc summer course will allow individuals to explore the history, significance, and techniques at the core of forensic
science as well as spending time together analyzing our results in the ‘forensics lab’.
Students will cover topics from fingerprinting to gel electrophoresis, online. Each day, new information, skills checks, and interactive activities will be released for students to explore. 30-minute virtual meetings will be on Monday evenings to introduce the concepts. On Wednesdays and Thursdays we will meet in-person on campus at the ICS forensic lab to experiment, test, and solve crimes! So come and join us as we delve into this fascinating sector of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).
Art From Around the World
Rising 4th – 6th $365

Campers will take a trip around the world as we learn about different kinds of traditional art from each continent. They will bring home new masterpieces every day and maybe even discover a new hobby. From European weaving to Asian printmaking and South America Mosaics, campers will learn some of the history behind these art forms and see examples of each before creating their own. Campers should be prepared to get messy as we will be using many different supplies including paint and glue.

Maryland Outdoor Experience

This is your chance to see what makes our state such a great place to live by hiking, paddling and floating around Maryland with your friends, culminating with a morning tubing trip down the Potomac River. You’ll experience everything you might want to do outdoors in a single week with Indian Creek as your guide.
