Lower School Tuition (Pre-K3 through Grade 6)

This fee covers special activities, field trips, overnight trips, and LS consumable materials and texts. 


Tuition Deposit and Insurance

The tuition deposit of $1,000 for all grade levels is due with the contract and is NON-REFUNDABLE. This deposit is applied to the last tuition payment. Participation in the Tuition Refund Plan is required for all students. The cost of this insurance protection will be 0.75% of the tuition less the deposit paid.

Payment Plans

The balance of tuition can be paid via three different options:

  1. In entirety on July 1, 2017;
  2. In three payments on July 1, 2017 (34%) and October 1, 2017 (33%) and February 1, 2018 (33%, less the deposit); 
  3. Monthly, in ten (10) installments via ACH automatic bank withdrawal beginning May 1, 2017.

All payment plans will be administered by FACTS Tuition Management on the School’s behalf and all payments should be submitted to FACTS. Some charges are billed monthly regardless of tuition payment plan selected.

Lower School Instrumental Music

Group instrumental music lessons will be available at a cost of $75 per semester.

Extended Day Program

2017-18 Extended Day Program plans and fees for Pre-K3 through eighth grade students will be announced soon.

PTO Class Dues

$25.00 per student is collected on October 1 each year.

Late Fees on Overdue Payments

Any school account is subject to a follow-up fee of $35.00 and a late charge of 1.5% per month or an annual rate of 18% for all accounts remaining unpaid ten (10) days after the due date.

Returned Checks

A fee of $30.00 will be charged for any dishonored check or any failed ACH draw. 

Miscellaneous Fees

Support and miscellaneous program fees are invoiced in two installments on September 1 and March 1. All fees will be added to student accounts and will be billed and paid via the family account at FACTS Tuition Management.
